Jaun Park and Karen Frew join the ENA Board
We’re very excited to announce that two new members are joining the ENA board. Jaun Park, Group Chief Executive of Unison, and Karen Frew, General Manager Electricity of Powerco, were announced as new board members at the ENA AGM last week.
It’s an exciting time to join — we have plenty of challenges ahead of us, but even more so, extremely exciting opportunities. We look forward to having Jaun and Karen contribute to the governing of ENA and sharing their expertise and guidance with us.
With Jaun and Karen joining the table, our Board of eight packs a real punch. Our Board members are:

During our AGM, we also thanked James Kilty for his time on the ENA Board. His commitment and passion has been incredibly valuable to have around the table. While we’re sad to see him leave the ENA Board, we look forward to working with James in his new role as Transpower CE in the new year.
